7Krave is a Jamaican foodie service created by Innovative Menu Solutions Ltd. The company is located and operated in Kingston, Jamaica. The intention of 7Krave is to create a food community that connects food providers to food lovers. We let you have a social life around food, from reviews to browsing photos to following other foodies. There are too many features to name here but mainly we allow you to order food online from a lot of restaurants that would not normally or any at all do delivery.
You search for a particular food, see what you like and add it to your cart and checkout. If not sure what you want, you can search for a restaurant as well or browse our list of restaurants. Enter the restaurant, browse the menu, find the food you’re feeling and hit “Add to Cart”. Checkout and we’ll confirm and then notify the restaurant to begin prepping your food. Done.
We accept cash on delivery and also credit card. Soon we will have a 7Krave virtual wallet for you to top up and pay for food.
No. However, it is mandatory that before first use, you must register your credit card with 7Krave through your financial institution. Once registered, to make a purchase, you simply just type your card number, expiration date and cvv2 code and you’re good to go.
Your card is charged when your order has been successfully delivered, just as how it would have been when ordering with cash on delivery.
Yep. We do not store any of the card details. We use GoDaddy, which is the one of the leaders in SSL encryption, to make sure no one (including us) can see the details that pass through to your Bank.
We confirm with you that we have received your order and then send it to the restaurant as soon as possible. The restaurant tells us they’re working on the order, we email you a receipt and send you a push notification / confirmation to your phone.
You’ll receive an email receipt that confirms the restaurant is working on your order.
Make sure the e-mail we have in our database is still active. If so, check your spam folder, make sure your email account isn’t acting weird, and, if all else fails, email admin@7krave.com.

If you received an order confirmation email, the restaurant did receive your order. These emails are only triggered when restaurants physically confirm that they received the order. If you’re hearing that they’ve not received your order, please call us immediately at 876-825-1038 and we’ll get things sorted out.
If there’s a problem with your order, please call the restaurant and let them know. You can find that phone number in your order confirmation email. Of course, you can reach out to our Customer Care Team at any point by calling 876-825-1038
Here’s where you can see everything you’ve ordered in the past that you have decided to save. This is helpful for the obvious reason that you can reorder anything you loved in just a few clicks. Of course, you can edit the order to add anything else you’d want or remove anything you don’t need this time around.
7Krave is free to use. You’ll have to pay for the food and, if you opt for delivery, you may notice that we charge a small fee for delivery.
The restaurants we work with are contractually obligated to match the prices they have set on their menus. If you see any discrepancies, you can submit an error report in the app and we’ll talk to the restaurant and adjust the price if necessary
In some cases, yes. This amount is around JMD$500.
If you have a promo code, you’ll be able to enter it during checkout and we’ll adjust your order total to factor in the discount.
They’re from 7Krave users just like you. In fact, you can review any restaurant or food you’ve ordered on our website or mobile app.
It’s exactly the same as ordering for delivery, minus the “delivery” part. Instead, we will let you know when to expect the food to be ready or you let us know what time you’ll want to pick up the food. Oh, and please remember to have an ID handy when picking your food up. Restaurants like to make sure that their food is heading off with the proper person.
If an order is cancelled by the vendor or 7Krave, there is no amount to refund as payments are made upon successful delivery. After delivery, if an amount needs to be refunded, we will refund the full order amount back within 14 days.
Unfortunately, you cannot order outside of 7Krave. However, you can suggest that particular restaurant and hopefully they become a partner shortly after.
Depends on the number of orders and the distance from the restaurant to your delivery address. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a push notification to your phone regarding your confirmation and expected delivery time.
You will receive a confirmation email and a push notification from us, stating the delivery time of your order so you will be able to arrange for someone to be home when the delivery man comes by. Unfortunately, they will not come back.
